Education
The Education Working Group responds to efforts to eliminate anti-discrimination rules and regulations in the education context, with briefing, advising, and presenting at public meetings. This working group has also engaged with university faculty, and students to protect academic freedom and First Amendment rights.
Volunteer attorneys can protect our education system by:
- Conducting legal research.
- Advising on current anti-discrimination law that supports existing protective rules and regulations.
- Supporting students and faculty to understand and protect their First Amendment rights.
